About
The woman behind the work.
Her Story
I spent seventeen years inside FNB Botswana, most of them in sales, customer service and risk management. I learned the architecture of caution — how institutions weigh, how decisions are stress-tested, how trust is built through discipline. It shaped me. It also kept me, for a long time, very safe.
In parallel, I was building another life. I read voraciously. I trained as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. I completed an Executive MBA in Business Analytics at Eaton Business School. I started writing. I started speaking. I started being asked to hold rooms full of women who, on paper, looked like they had everything together and were quietly carrying the weight of not feeling like enough.
That work became the work. Today I coach women privately, lead The Incredible Woman™ Platform, and chair G100 Botswana. I speak internationally on self-trust and women's leadership. I write for Brainz Magazine and was honoured to appear on the cover of EliteX for International Women's Day 2026. None of this is what I planned. All of it is what I was being prepared for.
I built the RISE Framework™ because the women who came to me were not asking for another strategy. They were asking for a way home — to themselves. RISE is the map I drew so we could walk it together.

Her Values
Self-trust is the soil. Without it, everything else — leadership, visibility, ambition — becomes performance. I believe a woman who has done the inner work cannot be moved by other people's opinions of her.
Leadership, to me, is not a title. It is the daily decision to be honest with yourself first. Faith holds the work — the quiet conviction that we are being prepared for things we cannot yet see. And community is the proof that none of us are meant to rise alone.
"Self-trust is not a feeling.
It is a decision, made daily."
